Must have GPA of 3.0. Preference will be given to a single parent attending TSC full time. Applicants must demonstrate a desire for higher education and submit two letters of recommendation from individuals able to assess the applicant’s capability to succeed, as well as a personal letter detailing educational and personal accomplishments and goals.
