UMWA 9856 & Women’s Auxiliary Scholarship

Must be a descendent of a UMWA active or retired member in good standing with United Mine Workers of America. Must also attend full time and have a GPA of 2.5. A two page (or 500 word) essay on unionism along with two letters of recommendation are required as well as a personal letter detailing educational and personal accomplishments and goals (include personal letter in your General Application Personal Statement).
