Phil Ahlschwede Memorial/Rotary Scholarship

Must be a graduate of a Las Animas County High School. Must demonstrate a desire for a higher education. Must submit two letters of recommendation from individuals able to assess the applicant’s capability to succeed, as well as a personal letter detailing educational and personal accomplishments and goals.
